Durand has partnered with this non-profit organization of Full Circle Productions, Inc. to design an efficient, self-supporting and universally accessible Local Access Place that fosters improvement within organizations and individuals within the community. LAP seeks to establish chaordic relationships among all community components, including education, entertainment, business and technology providers to offer computer-empowered, internet-enabled, informal public gathering places that can be useful in furthering the community relationships.

As Los Angeles continues to strive to integrate technology and education among all 1700 K-12 schools in the county, Durand has established a relationship to embrace CommunityWare within the Technology For Learning (TFL) Initiative. Classrooms, teachers, students and families can use CommunityWare to create secured online communities for accessing progress reports, class activity calendars, homework assignments and more.

As a WorldNet Business Alliance Partner, Durand is an official distributor of the WorldNet client software bringing new real-time community applications and new dial-up internet customers to AT&T.
